FinFi (“FinFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you may share with us when you visit www.FinFi.co (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to this information. 

This Site is purely informational. We do not offer financial products, process financial

transactions, or solicit applications through this Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to:

• Information collected through any other website, application, or service operated by FinFi or its affiliates;

The Site uses cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, and similar tracking technologies. Some are operated by us directly; others are operated by third-party service providers on our behalf. The Site may use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:


• Essential Cookies: necessary for the Site to function properly (e.g., security, session management);


• Analytics Cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., Google Analytics);


• Preference Cookies: remember your settings and preferences to improve your experience.

5.2 Third-Party Tracking and Named Data Recipients


When you visit our Site, certain third-party service providers may automatically receive information about your visit through tracking technologies embedded on our Site. These third parties include analytics providers, marketing platforms, and business intelligence services.


Current third-party recipients may include, but are not limited to, LinkedIn, LiveRamp, and ZoomInfo. The information transmitted to these third parties may include your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, the URL of the page you visited, referring page data, and cookie or session identifiers.


These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of the information they receive. We do not control their data practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.


We do not sell your personal information to these third parties. The data transmitted through tracking technologies is used solely to support the delivery and improvement of our Site and services, and for business-to-business marketing and lead identification purposes consistent with applicable law. 


California residents may have additional rights regarding the collection and use of their personal information. Please see Section 10.2 below.

5.3 Managing Your Cookie Preferences


We do not currently operate an automated cookie consent banner on our Site. Third-party tracking technologies, including pixels and tags operated by providers such as LinkedIn, LiveRamp, and ZoomInfo, may activate when you visit the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge this disclosure. If you do not wish to have your visit data transmitted to these third parties, you may use the browser-level controls and opt-out tools described in Section 5.4 below, or submit a privacy request as described in Section 11.

5.4 Your Choices


You may manage your tracking preferences through the following controls:


• Refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; however, doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of the Site;


• Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;


• Use browser extensions or privacy tools designed to block third-party tracking technologies.

6. How We Share Your Information


We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:


• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Site (e.g., hosting, email delivery, customer support). These providers are contractually required to use your information only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.


• Analytics and Marketing Platforms: We share certain visitor data with third-party analytics and marketing platforms, including those named in Section 5.2 (such as LinkedIn, LiveRamp, and ZoomInfo), to support our business development activities. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies and may use data they receive for their own purposes in addition to serving FinFi. We do not control their independent data practices and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies directly. 


• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FinFi, its users, or the public.


• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.


• With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other lawful purpose with your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention‍


We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security


We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and periodic security reviews. 

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to exercise caution when transmitting personal information online. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy


The Site is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at the address in Section 14.

10. Your Privacy Rights

‍10.1 All Users


Regardless of your location, you may:


• Opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at privacy@finfi.co or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email;


• Request information about the personal information we hold about you;


• Request correction of inaccurate information.

10.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)


If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”):


• Right to Know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;


• Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions;


• Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information;


• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: FinFi does not sell your personal information. FinFi also does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising — we do not use or share visitor data to target individuals with advertising across third-party websites or services. Accordingly, the CCPA/CPRA opt-out right with respect to sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising does not apply to our current data practices. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism;


• Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. 

To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, please contact us at privacy@finfi.co or write to us at the address in Section 14. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

10.3 Residents of Other States


Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Utah provide (now or in the future) their states residents with the right to:


• Confirm whether we process their personal information


• Access and delete certain personal information


• Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah)


• Data portability


• Opt-out of personal data processing for:

  • targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);
    ‍
  • sales, or
    ‍
  • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).


Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data. The exact scope of these rights may vary from state to state. To submit a privacy request related to any of these states, please contact us at privacy@finfi.co or write to us at the address in Section 15. We will respond within 45 days.

10.4 Global Privacy Control (GPC)


Because FinFi does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal does not currently apply to our data practices in that context. We are aware of the GPC signal and monitor developments in applicable law. If our practices change such that the GPC signal becomes applicable, we will update this Policy and configure our Site to honor it accordingly.

11. Privacy Requests


To exercise any of your privacy rights described in Section 10, including requests to know, delete, or correct personal information, please contact us using any of the following methods:

• Submitting a request through the contact form available at www.FinFi.co.


We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You do not need to create an account or provide more information than is necessary to process your request. 

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents. We may require reasonable verification of the agent’s authority before processing the request.

12. Links to Third-Party Websites


The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

13. International Data Transfers


FinFi is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
